We offer full design services from concept to finished part or we can help you fill in the gaps where you need them.
The design cycle usually starts with a 3D scan if the part will integrate with other components, and then we use an iterative design process with reviews along the way to make sure we are on track with your vision. Once your are satisfied with the design, we proceed to prototype creation and testing. After successful prototype testing we can provide the final manufactured version of the part, or provide you with the models and drawings so you can manufacture them yourself!
Here there was a need for more gauges in this Plymouth Cuda, so a scan of the console was done and a panel was designed to fit the contour of the console. With the extra space we threw a USB plug in as well !
Ignition Coil Bracket
This is one of those products developed just for the sake of wanting something that looked ... cooler ! A custom deigned bracket to mount an MSD Ignition coil on an Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap Intake Manifold on a small block Mopar.
Transmission Tunnel Shield
Here the customer wanted a transmission tunnel shield designed and built that tucked up tight into the tunnel. With the use of our scanner and design software we were able to deliver. Our friends at Wolfe Industrial turned the model into a slick chunk of steel.
